Randy Soboul

Randy Soboul is a former staff writer for Bulls Creek Music Publishing in Nashville, TN.  He cowrote the winning song “HANK TO THANK” in the Annual Hank William Songwriting Competition in 1998.  Randy is a retired Army Ranger, and Gulfport businessman who helps sponsor the festival.
